Hey so im planning to buy a baby cockatiel but obviously petco doesn’t sell those so i went on Craigslist and there is 1 for sale and im wondering if its a baby!!! Take a look at the pictures below BTW its selling for 200 dollars so idk

Btw they claimed it was 9 weeks old but it is probably 12 now or something
