Usually our cockatiel is full of energy and sings quite a bit but today she's been very quiet and keeps herself turned towards the wall. She wasn't on the ground but stayed lower today than her usual higher perch but was higher later tonight. We did see her eating but she was fluffed up more than usual. She's a rescue bird but we believe she is around 14 years old.
Are there any signs we should be looking for?
