I got shine and shein 6 days ago! I'm not concerned about shine...but shein! He's eating fine- but he sleeps for most of the time! He is like- eat sleep repeat! Shine is friendly but he is not, shine moves into corner when we try to touch her but shein tries to bite! Shine makes a sharp sound but he speaks sooo less! He's also very inactive and fluffy sometimes (not all the time). Is it just becuse of new environment or something else? He sleeps on one leg sometimes on the perch and sometimes on both legs and sometimes at the bottom of the cage! He's like he can sleep anywhere.. With or without light, sound or everything! He's like a lazy guy; I mean he has eyes closed even if he's eating! He opens eyes..becomes active and within a few minutes closes eyes again! He often demands sunflower seeds and eats finely! But are they sign of the sickness? Pics of his fluffiness added..... Shein is the one near the corner and cage bars the one who's fluffy!

It takes time for cockatiels to get use to a new environment plus all cockatiels have different personalities. To me your cage looks a little small for both of the birds but that is me seeing only the bottom portion of your cage. If you are worried you can always make an appointment at the vet and they can check him out.
