I have cockatiels ages 3 mos., 1 year and 2 years. How long does is take for cockatiels to want to taste vegetables/fruits or other foods? What is the best way to introduce new foods to my babies? Also, does the age matter? Will my 2 year old cockatiels want to eat new foods? Thank you in advance.

If the yare weaned and on pellets and seed, I would go ahead. I would make some chop (plenty of recipes) with some nice lettuce and see how they do. I found that mine like little pieces of lettuce so they can tear.
