LMAO LMAO yeaaa the hubby wanted to name him bekham b/c david and my birdie have a mohawk. lmao lmao.... so bea, you think he's a male???
I dunno I boght him from some family who was treating him sooo terribly.... will his personality ever become nicer????

baby greys and females have grey through their faces but in males that is moulted out in the first moult around 6 months...its really hard to say with tiels as each one is different...but if you keep working with him....talking calmly and moving quietly as well as using treats like millet sprays as has been mentioned on many posts (i haven't had to tame a tiel so im just taking from what ive learnt from others experiences)....hoping over time he will learn to trust and love you.....it could take a short time or a very long time...you just have to stick at it and work with him everyday..that is what i would do at least....u just CAN'T rush a bird.....he will do what he wants when he is ready.....but at worst...at least you know that no doubt he would be alot happier with you not being treated badly.....just take it day by day and show him he can trust you...tahts my to cents anyway

yes this is my first tiel on my own... i've had quite a few when i was a kid but now i'm on my own i always wanted a bird and parrots are a lil toooo messy for me....lol
well today bekham is doing alot better... playing games like chase the mouse curser and lets play in mommys food!!! yeppp that's right, bekham decided to jump right into my yummy pasta and ate some. weirdo... sure enough i didn't end up having dinner :S
he also likes to type on the keyboard when i'm typing so i have to keep going back and delet some letters he puts in and he finally learned kisses and i heard him do a few whistles that's i've been trying to teach him

They are such sweeties, your 'tiel sounds like he is a devil but an angel at the same time. (like a few of mine)
