I had one cocktail when he was one month old and it was just him and me, a year later I had another one and the one year cocktail lost a lot of weight and always sleepy and doesn’t want to play I took him to the vet and he had no disease what do I do with him?

What are you feeding him? How much uv light is he receiving?

That is weird that your vet did not give you any other options/suggestions.
