I have this cockatiel for 4 days he is very new he is aged monthly(dont know the number) I have bringed him to his new cage he started to make this weird mouth movement and noise Im concerned do you guys know what is this

to me it just seems like beak grinding...
If that is the case then you shouldnt worry since they do that when they’re happy.

Yes, it's a content bird who is beak grinding (conducting normal beak maintenance). Probably going to take a nap afterwards.
