How to stop my cockatiel from nibbling at my eyes ???

my 1 year old cockatiel has started nibbling at my skin around my eyes and my eyebrows and it hurts alot and i don't know how to correct his behaviour ? HELP please if anyone know how to stop this behaviour thanks
