Dooby and Daisy were out of their cage this morning for a couple of hours and then we put them in their cage and we went out. We got back around 3 hours later and it was so hot in the computer room where they live, that I put the fan on and opened the windows. Well, then I got to work on my computer, doing graphics etc for my brother's website and they carried on playing in their cage.......well, the next thing I knew it was bedtime for them, so I said night night, covered them up but there was no way on earth were they going to settle. I just couldn't understand it, then it dawned on me. I had been so busy that I hadn't let them out again when I got home, I just opened the windows and got to work. So, I shut all the windows, turned the fan off, uncovered them and let them out. The pair of them flew around the room half a dozen times at 90 miles and hour, then landed back on their cage. I picked them up, put them back in and they were both asleep in about five minutes!! Obviously the poor little things wanted to stretch their wings!! lol. I'm a mean mum to those birds. Usually, they are out all the time that we are at home, but I was busy and it was hot and...and...and...I'M SORRY!!!!
