My cockatiel isn't trained yet. He is with me for almost 20 days. He cut his 10 days in fear or aggression, then started getting used to me. He was finger trained,now he has forgotten what trained he was. He immediately runs on my shoulders, bites and all. I want to limit the timings but I am not sure how. Help.
