i got up thismmorning got drssed like i do and then i walk to jojo and i take his cover off, well thismorning i was greeted with 3 hissess, yes my sweet little jojo hissed at me ,and its not a nice noise, i just ignored it and carried on, after he had hissed and the cover was off, he was like normal came to the front of the cage, found all rather odd why hiss tho, yeha i can looks a bit scary in the morning but really lol

i dont cover the cage fully i leave the front of the cage open so she can see the night light , she was fine when i got her out

how long doe the homronal stge last ?

its not hormonal for angel...he just hisses when he is covered and is unsure of a noise or movement....i wouldn't be too concerned....as long as he is fine once uncovered i don't think its a big deal...just move slowly but talk to him so he knows its u doing things

i talk to belle every day when i uncover her and she still hisses...i don't think she likes it when the fabric moves like its too much movement around her all at once. That and she has such a lovely and caring personality:lol:

When I cover Earl and Little Bill in the winter when its a little bit colder in the night Earl usually lets out a hiss and sometimes when I uncover them aswell.

im not too worried it was just funny lol, i mena just to hiss at me wich didnt actully have any effct i just caried on and ignored it
