maui is three months old but i dont know if hes a he or she but i like to call them a he! i wanna ask if anyone can try to gender my bird

Okay, you might have to get him/her DNA'd then. It looks like he/she is a pearl which, depending on the parents' mutation, could tell you what he/she is. You can also try wing spot sexing it, too. It might not be 100% accurate, but it could work. I'll put a screenshot of it on here for you to see what I mean. I hope that helps.
