I've noticed a mite crawling inside my bird's feather, thus I used the spray in the picture below. I applied it in 2 separate sessions and the mites seems to be gone.
The problem is that his feather does not look the same now. It's not smooth as before.
I bathed the bird two times this week but I still feel the stickiness of the mites spray when cleaning her feather. please take a look at the pictures below.

What should I do ?

u have taken this pic after the bath ryt//.. let it dry off .. do u have any heat pad for parrots or 60 watt filament bulb would be just fine
Yes I took those after the bath and and after using a hair dryer. the more baths I give her it started getting better.
I'm wondering is it proper to mix bath water with some lemon to remove this gel effect on her feather?
