It's absolutely critical that you find an avian vet to take her to. :( If you don't know of one can you give us your general area so that we can help you to locate one?

In the mean time it's very very important to keep her warm. Do you have a lamp to shine next to her cage?

It sounds like she has a prolapsed uterus or something ruptered inside. She MUST be taken in to a vet, pref. an emergency vet as she will die if left like that for long. Keep us posted.

Edit- Even if it's a regular vet, they do have to learn about the avian species. I am sure in an emergency like this one they'd be willing to help.
I did a seach for you and found these in your area. There are atleast 77 offices in 50 mile radius. Start calling them and find out...

It's certainly better than sitting on the floor. Has she drunk any water? It's so important for her to stay hydrated at a time like this. Also, have you got some millet to offer her. This is easy and usually tempting for sick birds to eat.

If i can't find an avian vet you should ring again and make sure they know it's an emergency. They'll at the very least be able to give her antibiotics to fight infection and something to rehydrate her.
