I have discovered that Peppy loves to be dried with the hairdryer after her bath. She will sit quietly on my shoulder while I blast her from a distance then finishes off with a fluffy preen. She was looking bedraggled and shivery before I tried this and now it is routine especially during our cold winters.

I'd be careful using hairdryers around your bird. They can be teflon coated, which can kill her. The heat can also be too much for a bird to handle. I never really bathed my birds in winter as it was too drafty to do so. They didn't really seem to mind.

I wouldn't blow dry them. It kind of defeats the purpose of the bath tbh. Just bathe her in the morning when she has a lot of time to dry off before night. You shouldn't bathe her anyways if it's too cold.
