Medical Issues Observed: none – likes to fly and be out of cage

Comments: the bird was found by someone else in Middletown, VA and
given to my family in Winchester, VA. I would love to find the
owner. I was given this website information by someone else who is
trying to find their bird. I wanted to go ahead and put this
information out here but don't have a picture at this time.
