FOUND in Heights - Gray/Yellow cockatiel (Houston Heights)

We found a beautiful gray cockatiel wandering in our Heights-area
yard today. It has yellow feathers on the top of it's head, orange
patches on its cheeks and doesn't appear to be able to fly. We took
it in and it absolutely loves people, leading us to believe that this
is someone's cherished and missing pet. There is also a blue metal
band on its leg with some letters and numbers. If you're missing this
sweet bird, please contact us to identify it. We're already in love
with it - but we know there's a family somewhere missing this
adorable little critter.
