Grey Cockatiel found in Millersville Area (Maryland) very Friendly.
Flew on my Car. I know about Birds,I do rescue work,this Bird could
have flown for quite a distance and could have been out for quite a
while. If you think it may belong to you,you will know his
trademarks, and specifics about coloring. No Band.
