A young male cockatiel landed on this homeowner's shoulder. I went out to see if it was my Lucky Bird and definitely wasn't. The homeowner will most likely take it a Shelter. I told the person who is taking care of him that I would pass on any messages from people who may have lost a cockatiel in the Carmichael area. email me at dwilde09 (AT) yahoo.com
