Feeding schedule for two week old cockatiel

I have a two week cockatiel and this is the feeding schedule I have been following, I’ve been doing some research and it’s been saying that babies shouldn’t be weaned until 10 weeks, but this schedule indicates that I should wean the baby at 45 days, is this schedule okay? I’m new at hand feeding and I’m trying to get as much information as possible to care for my baby. Also during the fledging is it fine to feed once a day? It seems a little scary to me!
