[Hiccups the cocketiel]

Hiccups ran into something kinda like a dust clowd and then he started eye twitching also his head kinda like shakes. is it because of the dust in his eyes or does he have some kind of problem. What should i do?

He stopped doing this but he has had problems opening his eyes now but we contacted the vet and told us to do a certain procedure and after we did it he has been better and opens his eyes for a short period of time. Tommorow were taking him to the vet.

Thankfully he is doing pretty well he opened both of his eyes yesterday and he's keeping them open most of the time he's eating and flying normally.it seems he isn't sick and his eye looks just fine. Thank you for your question!
