Dooby the piggy!

I don't have a problem with Dooby, but I was just wondering how much a Tiel should eat. Dooby will eat absolutely anything, if she sees me eating it, then she has to have a try, so far we have gone through crisps (chips), spaghetti with meat sauce, ham, any fruit and veg at all, eggs, toast, crunchy nut cornflakes, peanuts, cake, spiced buns, soak mix...oh yeah and seed. Now obviously she doesn't sit and eat a plateful at a time, but she does have a fair bit...maybe a teaspoon full. At the moment she can still fly LOL. I was just wondering about how much they should eat during the day. I'm sort of presuming she will stop when she's had enough.;)

Well anything salty or sugary she shouldn't be having at all (chips, cake, ham, etc). But with the veggies and fruit, i would let her eat however much she wants. Nuts and soak mix are a good source of protein so they're good too. Toast is fine if it's wholemeal, eggs are great. Let her pig out i reckon, like you said, she will stop when she's full. :p
Oh that's good then. The sweet or salty things, she only gets a beakfull, just to taste and to keep her away from mine!! LOL!!

So....Dooby the piggy....carry on!!!

That's what i figured. ;) My guys will sometimes do a sneaky ambush and will end up running off with a beakful of biscuit. :p Or i will offer them a LITTLE bite to satisfy their curiosity and surprise surprise they take the biggest beakful imaginable!
Oh no, I don't believe that of Bailee!!!;)
I think its the nature of the tiel, they are a sneaky bunch :p
