Hey there! Hope y' all doing fine. So, I have my couple of lutinos with blue and bluish-grey eyes. I understand this is due to lutino-eyes.. But why is it a Whiteface Grey is with the same trait? Is there a possibility for a grey male to show bluish-grey eyes without lutino in the background?

Cockatiels of any color can have an odd color in their eyes. It's easiest to see in red-eyed birds like lutinos, because most of the melanin in the eyes has been eliminated. But it's sometimes visible in birds with darker eyes.

The whiteface gene will change eye color. I have lutino cockatiels split to white face, born as red eyes and the eye color will gradually change to blue/grey as they are getting old.
