Hey y'all :) i'm new to owning cockatiels and have a 3 weeks old baby named Aruan (21 days to be exact) and i know how cuttlebone is important for a birds health, but i dont know about it on a babys diet.. my lil Aruan in now starting to show a lot of interest in chewing (mostly shirts and hair but my fingers too) and i plan on weaning him soon as he shows that much interest, anyways, i am thinking about giving him a cuttlebone for him to have somethin to chew on, but i dont know if this amount of calcium can prejudicate his growth in any way (i know it can sound dumb, but its a real concern of mine). So i would like to know abut what you guys know about this... thanks in advance :)
