How coolers impact tiels? It's 30*C and I turn on air cooler at times! Should I put my tiel under a fan and away when i turn on the cooler? Or should I put her in cooler?

I wouldn't put her near the cooler.

I use a cooler in my 1-room apartment. Bennie is in the same room but on the opposite side of the room. I divert the air flow so it doesn't blow directly on him. I think in the same room is fine as long as your bird is not directly in the flow of cool air.
