I think Lulu is trying to whistle. I thought Females didn't do that? When I take her out of her cage I whistle to her and it sounds like she's trying to do it back. Is it possible? Or could SHE be a HE?:confused:

Its always possible that she could be a he or he a she :p if Lulu is trying to whistle she could indeed be a He although i do have one female that wolf whistles but its not the norm, how old is Lulu? what made you think she was a female to begin with?

She's almost 9 weeks old. I thought she was a female because of the markings on her body and tail. Also her face and cheeks. Her face is grey with SOME yellow and her cheeks aren't bright orange. There orange but not bright. What is wolf whistle??

If she is only 9 weeks you wouldn't be able to tell using those methods both male and females look exactly the same at this age you can't go by markings on body or tail or by face colour ;) its not till closer to 6 months when they start to moult where that changes, If your tiel is getting vocal and trying to whistle you very well could have a male.
