Nowadays, the weather is getting colder and I don't have any heater in my house to provide warmth to my cockatiel. He is usually fluffed up in the morning when he is asleep, or in general the temperature is only cold in the morning. But as December will approach, it will get to 4-5°C and I am worried on what should I do. Please help my baby

Cockatiels are a parrot which requires a warm temperature to survive. Buy a heater.

At least purchase a heated perch.
