Cockatiel runny poop

My hand feeding cockatiel is around 20 days old and suddenly from yesterday, its poop is runny and green. Im using pets life hand feeding formula
Will he be okay?
I consulted with online vet and he suggested to give O2 syrup and enterogermina.
