[Charlotte and bagels]

I have a little baby cockatiel bagel who is almost 4 weeks old, when I feed bagel he would alway eat nonstop but these few days I have realized that bagel would only eat a little and stop then start walking around the table for some reason and won’t eat any more food.
I know you might say that bagel probably at the time where he should be starting to fly but bagels feathers are still no fully grown to the point where he can fly.
so what is the problem??

Not real sure about the eating issue but give it more time on the flying part. Babies don't attempt there first flight until 6 to 7 weeks old.
