My cockatiels have recently begun mating again after having their first successful clutch. Their chicks are one month old and have not yet left the nesting box. Should this behavior be discouraged to avoid any health problems? If so, can someone please provide any tips or recommendations.

If you provide good quality food and enough calcium source, I would not worry about them. If you don't want more babies, you may consider removing nest box soon.

The babies should leave the nesting box on their own.
