She only makes these strange sounds after drinking water. She sniffs (like kids do after they cry) and it sounds like there’s liquid there. It goes on for 15-20 mins after drinking water. She eats well. However, some days after waking up she has trouble breathing. The vet said that it was due to the cold weather but I’m not so sure anymore. What do yall think it is?
