Cockatiel just laid an egg

I thought my bird was a boy, but it’s turns out she’s not. I’m at my grandparents house and she laid an egg on the ground around 12:00. The picture is how I found it, is that normal? She is a little tired but she flew around, cleaning herself, and is acting pretty normal. She also hasn’t gone to the bathroom since she laid it either. Is that normal?
