Our cockatiel Yuki does this adorable thing me and my gf like to call the "goblin" where she will hang like this on the rails of the cage. She used to do this on the inside of the cage but since we got our little grey boi Rio (in the background ) she started doing it on the outside. She sometimes sits there completely still for like 15 minutes at a time. Is this just some quirky behavior she has or is it something we should worry about?

I think it's perfectly normal. Perhaps she's trying to get Rio's attention.

My cockatiel does this all the time and it’s completely normal. I also think it’s adorable. You have some beautiful birds.
