I got mine to eat veggies by offering them when they are hungry before I give them their regular food. Don't leave it this way but for 10 mins to 30 mins before feeding offer the veggies in different ways and different types. Vary the time you give them their regular food too or they will just learn to wait. Mine love broccolini and long green beans but won't eat much else. I've also found encouragement helps, I stand there and talk to them and point and move the food. Sometimes this will get them to try it for the first time.
