The video won't play for me, but from what I can see it looks like angel wing. This can be fixed if you take action now. It's a weakness in the joint that lets the tip of the wing turn outward. You fix it by putting a bandage on the wing that holds it in the right position for a few days. Be careful that the bandage isn't so tight that it cuts off blood circulation in the wing.

Snowy had angel wing as a baby. Here's what it looked like:

And here she is a few days later wearing a bandage. You fold the wing so it's in the right position and wrap a bit of vet tape or vet wrap around it to hold it in place. If you're not experienced it's hard to do it by yourself, so it's good if you have help:

She grew up to have a normal wing.
