hi! my baby is about 5 months old and we've had him (i think its a him lol) for a month 1/2 or so. He's a SWEETHEART, loves everyone, will go to anyone that visits, its amazing! anyway, my husband recently got 4 pigeons ( tumblers) to raise, we keep them outside during the day but bring them in at night since its been so cold and we dont have the appropriate housing for them and of course we dont want them to freeze. Anyway, my tiel seems to have bonded to them, he's always wanting to be on top of their cage and when i put them out side during the day, he hangs out at the patio door trying to get out, i feel bad, i distract him by caring him and loving him. Is it possible for him to bond with the other birds and if so is it bad? thank you!

Yes its possible for him to bond with them, he's developed what's called a flock bond with them. And no its not bad, it gives him someone to talk to at night when you bring them in.
