My 11 week old female cockatiel is not a good flyer and streaches her wings all the time!
Is she just bad and not skilled at flying because she is young or is it something else?

Are her wings clipped? It could be many things. Immaturity and/or wings having been clipped and not yet grown back yet. But it’s totally normal for them to regularly stretch their wings in various ways throughout the day.

her wings is not clipped but every time she try to fly she just falls to the ground.

She is more comfident and jumps to pearches from my shoulder and finger! She trys to fly and belly flops on the ground... But she is getting better!
