Baby cockatiels haven't developed feathers after 1 month in nest box
I have 2 baby cockatiels and after 1 month they still haven't feathers on their back or on their head. I have read that in some cases their parents plug their feathers and they suggest to hand feed them but the problem is that I haven't any free time for this. What should I do
