Baby Bird sniffling.
My baby cockatiel seems to be sniffling and has a runny nose is there something that I can do to help this? He's barely 3 weeks old. There a pair of two siblings and only one seems to be have a stuffy and runny nose he doesn't sneeze or cough its just a nose issue.
