They're still pretty young, they were both born at the start of October 2014 and have been together since birth (they are not related), but I'm wondering if they have bonded yet? I cant find a straight answer regarding how to spot a pair of birds that are bonded. Do they have to have had a clutch together or is it just the equivalent of being super best friends? haha.
The boy is much more clingy with the girl than she is with him. He will get upset if I take her out of the cage or move her away from him. He will scream for her and try to fly to her. She gets a little sooky too if I move him away from her too but she's no where near as dramatic. If one decides to fly, they will both fly. If one wanders off, the other will follow.
What do you guys think? Are they too young to have bonded? Is my idea of "bonded" even the correct one?

They do, yeah. Does them being bonded mean they will have babies when they are old enough to do so? Or not necessarily?
