Hi everyone!!
My name's Danielle and I've been reading this forum for quite a while, so I thought it was about time for me to join up and introduce myself.

I have 1 pet cockatiel named Saffron. He's a Lutino Platinum (I think!) male and such a big sook! I've had him since he's 6 months old so he's about 1 1/2 years old now. I also have 2 pet rats called Pixie and Mishka and 2 goldfish called Comet and Cloud. I love them all very much!(Yes, even the goldfish!!)

It's great to finally be able to talk to people who love cockatiels as much as I do - my family just don't seem to understand. The main response I get is "it's only a bird" and my brothers are always teasing him. Poor bird. It gets me so mad!!! In my opinion, he's a person too!
