I think I might have some misconception but I've read that they only start nursing their eggs after they laid everything?

My boy and girl are already taking turns to take care of their first egg the girl's laid this morning. Is it normal?

Yes. Every pair is different. Some pairs nest after the first egg, some pairs will bury the first egg and nest on it once the others have been laid. Some pairs wont nest until everything is laid. Just depends on the pair.
