hello!
I constantly incubate eggs over the years, such a AMAZING experience! :D

What day are you on? I wouldn't worry too much about the air sac, it looks okay to me, but I mostly incubate chicken and quail eggs so I can't be sure, but quail eggs are arounddd the same size of cockatiel eggs, and the air sac is similar until lockdown. thats when it increases in size. humidity is too high, have it at around 45-55%
dry hatching is also cool, a suggestion for later-hatching! :)

Don't make a hole in the egg, eggs have a shell to prevent bacteria to come in while they are developing, I only make holes when they are over 3 days overdue from hatch date, but thats when they are fully developed and the bacteria cannot harm the embryo.
