My female cockatiel i got 2 days ago is flock calling quiet a bit. She's also very clumsy, which I read was normal. She falls a lot, and flaps her wings A LOT while trying to climb non-stop. She's not super tame, but will allow me to hold her for a bit before she tries to fly away again. I don't want her to hurt herself, and I want her to be able to trust me over the weeks and not be so lonely. Is there anything I can do right now? And what do I do for the next week? I did research but honestly now i'm kind of lost. Currently I'm letting her be to acclimate to her new home.

Your doing the RIGHT thing by giving her time to get use to her new home. Do you know how old she is? As for trust, just talk to her and offer her treats from time to time. Since she's new (to you) spend as much time as you can with her. When she will let you hold her, try giving her head scratches. That's a sure way to win a cockatiel over.

Well, now she likes my shoulder. Whenever I try to put her back into her cage she either flies into my chest and climbs back up, or she climbs up my arm. When I put her back she flock calls and I don’t know who it’s for anymore. She lets me hold her and she’s eating and drinking.

That's a little on the young side. Did you get her from a breeder or a bird shop? Are you SURE she's fully weened onto adult food? We have 4 young ones that are just now FIVE weeks old and would like to hold them at least one more week to make sure there weened and hand tame.

She eats seeds right now. I'm going to switch her to pellets eventually. She's 8 weeks old. We got her from a shop, where they say they are hand fed and raised. Also, now whenever I put her in her cage she flock calls constantly and runs around and climbs in the front where I usually open the door. She can't be attached already can she?

First of all, let me apologize for yesterdays answer. I mis-read the age of your bird. I was thinking it was much younger. She sounds like a very active and energetic bird......which really is a good thing!! At least you know she's healthy! Yes, it's quit possible she is already bonding to you.

It's okay. I find it interesting on the first and second day she was hissing and scared. Now, day 4-5 (i lost count.) She steps up without me even asking her to. She tried to fall asleep on my shoulder today, and whenever I put her back into her cage she flock calls.

You keep stating 'she flock calls' can you elaborate a bit more on this please. My birds squawk & whistle within their own time, but when they hear other birds etc... they squawk to try & call to them, is that what you mean?
Everything esle you state is pretty normal & I'd suggest two things.
a) Be patient. It can take pets a great deal fo time to settle in a new environment. I have a 7 year old girl who has been here for over 5 months now & there's still places she hasn't gone near yet. She'll do it, if & when she wanrs to, so I'll just let her decide & you should allow your bird that freedom too.
B) Keep an eye on her. She's young & still learning everything. Yes they can be clumsy, but this can also result in injury if they are overly clumsy. One of my girls falls into this bracket, so keep an eye on her :)
