So let me get this right, you got yourself a pet that you can't afford to look after when it has a problem, because you have no vet in your city & can't afford to go elsewhere. Personally, I'd suggest you sell the bird to someone who can get it professional help, because it clearly needs it. You should then stay away from ever having a pet again, until you can afford both good & bad times.

I have this bird for 5 years almost 6, I rescued him because he was found hurt in the streets, after that he never had a serious problem until now. That's why I never worried about it.
I had a vet in my town, and my birds had checkups often, the vet is just not here anymore. And I'm just poor!? You want me to take a car out of my as* to drive to another town? Saying that I should never have a pet again was the worst thing I read today, I love him to death, do you think I would even come to this site if I had f*cking a vet nearby?
You're the worst person i have ever seen on this site so far. I checked your profile and aparently i'm not the first person you say that to.
I just want to help him the way i can. These 2 birds are the only pets i have, and i can't just sell them like that.
Anyways, choke.

You're not the first person I've said it to, because you're not the first person to have pets & not care about them, even though you claim you do. If I'm the worst person you've seen on here, are you stating that everyone else is a lair, because i stick to the truth?
You're poor, which tells everyone that you struggle for yourself & yet you carry on with pets too, which is disgraceful. I don't care about your excuses, I care about a bird that isn't being treated, because you think the best thing to do is keep him, without getting help
By the way, you failed to be honest as your own words prove too. You had a vet & they had checkups often, so in any of those visits, the vet should have tol you what needed to happen. As you don't mention any of it, I don't believe you!

A simple "You need to get him to the vet, that's the best way" or something like that would've been good enough, but instead you wrote all that text about how i can't treat my own pet right.

I can't have pets because i'm poor!? That's so sad!! It's not like i can provide, food water, shelter, affection like any other pet owner.

And if YOU never met someone who is poor and can't afford vet bills, GUESS WHAT!? THAT'S YOUR F*CKING PROBLEM!! We are from 2 different countries, if in the UK vet bills are expensive and poor people can't pay for them I don't care either! But where I live, just a quick checkup every month or so would no matter.

You can't have pets because you can't afford pet bills, so do try & keep up with the truth, even if you can be honest yourself
Your personality shines through when you have to resort to swearing so much for no reason.
Doesn't matter how much bills are, because you said you are poor so can't afford them, to now state that you wont go on a bus when your pet isn't well, you're sick !
Weirdly enough you can find money for the internet though, but then it's something for you & not the bird.

Tbh you’re dead *** shaming poor people. How do you think animals survive in poor countries? Do you really think rich people get out of their mansions to feed them? No. They survive because there are humble people that feed them even if there’s not enough food for everyone. He has every right to have a pet and it’s not like he’s starving him on purpose or abusing him. He simply can’t afford the bills which is no shame, so you have no right to shame him for not being able to pay for veterinary bills. He’s giving everything he can provide for him. He houses him, he feeds him, and he nurtures him. I can’t imagine how you can have a cockatiel with that nasty attitude. If you weren’t going to actually help him then leave. Has he gotten better? Is he eating? Does it look like his wing hurts?Some months ago i made a post talking about this but didn't get an answer to this question in specific. And I also mentioned another time this occurred and after a while, the feather just fell off, so I thought this time the feather would fell out too, but no!! They didn't and it got worse
6 feathers are growing in the same place, and I don't know what to do
I don't have a bird vet in my city and can't afford to go to other cities to find one, so something simple I could do to help him at home would be great.

He also started a heavy molt i think? He lost a lot of feathers recently. I never really seen him have a heavy molt before so I'm not sure if it really is. But its around the same time he always molts in the first half of the year and its autumn where I live.
Some tips about this would be appreciated too.

It's not shaming poor people really, it's a case of being able to provide the care an innocent creature needs... and most poor people cannot afford the vet bills. That bird needs a vet and the owner has a responsibility to the bird, if they can't afford the appropriate care costs then having a bird is cruel

These people don't understand common sense like you & me. If they did, we wouldn't need to tell them things to start with, let alone what they get upset about. I've stopped their messages coming up on my page now, so they can type whatever they want & I'll never see it again, but if you read the end of my last post, I stated that idiots carry on & judging by your reply now, the idiot(s) carried on, for you to reply to it.
If he cared for the bird at all, he'd get on the bus for however long it took, because he cares! I guess he hasn't heard of social distancing or, face masks, sanitiser etc..., although all of these things, are items that poor people can't readily afford either. if I needed to, I'd go around the world to get my girls help, but it doesn't matter if you have a vet in your city or not, because you can always go elsewhere. What does matter is whether you can be bothered or not & he isn't bothered.
The fact that all he did was type up excuses of why he couldn't go to another city for a vet, shows the lack of care within him.
