Firstly, your research on the internet came from a source that can be 100% trusted right ? Not just a forum or comments where people can & do put up fake news. When you read that, were there pics to show a similar view, to what your bird is like ?
Personally I don't see anything majorly wrong, but I'm no expect, so if you're really concerned, then a vet visit or consult, would be a good next step.
The thing with birds is that they are incredibly good at hiding problems that are going on, so it might not show until it is too late. Please don't see this as anything other than advice though, as to me, your bird looks healthy. If you can get hold of an avian specialist, they can give you the answers you want & hopefully, it would be an all clear
