mutation rare

I attach a picture of this tiel. I bought this cockatiel a moth ago, there was 2 equal in the store, but one have red paint over the wing. It is a cinnamon, some feather are darker some are lighter. I have never seen this mutation before, maybe you can help me to identify it?
