    Hi, I have a lutino cockatiel, Lemon, who has really dry red skin. Her feathers look really scruffy and don't lay flat against her skin, as they should. Also, her beak grows incredibly quickly. I have to trim it about every 3 weeks, and her eyes don't look as shiny as my other cockatiels...
